Services are available to clients in Malaysia and, in appropriate circumstances, to overseas-based clients with estate matters in Malaysian jurisdiction.

Disbursements — including court filing fees, statutory advertisement costs, and third-party valuation fees — are charged separately and itemised. They are disclosed prior to being incurred.

Currency: All fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

We do not collect payment through this Website. Payment arrangements are managed directly between Moonridge and the client following formal engagement.

7. Service Delivery and Scope

The scope of each engagement is defined in the written engagement letter. Any work beyond that scope requires a separate agreement. Timelines are estimated at engagement and may be affected by court scheduling, third-party responsiveness, and estate complexity.

Moonridge will communicate changes to expected timelines as soon as they are known.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. No waiver of any term constitutes a continuing waiver. These Terms, together with any applicable engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moonridge.
